Are role actions a nerf?

Esuna is actually so rarely required and with that there's so other much more useful stuff in the cross healer skills, healers are going to leave esuna out. They will think they will switch it in when they see a fight coming that needs it. But a lot of them will often forget, and you going to wipe or have a bad time.

not really different from a tank just having changed jobs and forgetting to put their tank stance on, pull, lose hate and everyone gets cleaved.

for groups i'm in, that tends to be a good time and we laugh about it. fix the problem that takes 5 seconds and try again.
