Try by swapping Jugulate with Mug, also leave Jugulate for after TenCJ since leaving an 80 potency skill out of TA is not that much of a loss. (Or after the first Spinning Edge since you get its CD running earlier)
You missed Duality, but I suppose its supposed to be right before the AE in TA.
