Que the person who defines P2W. While I don't consider leveling a gate to completing the game, some do. Completing that gate for cash is P2W. Win is subjective in MMO.

they only get the levels and there job quests done and basic level 60 gear everything else they get no tomestones and no gil, and there are 0 for stormblood or for the new jobs so you can't use it to insta level a sam or rdm to 60
