Accessories are locked by class

Perhaps you missed the PvP changes where your gear isn't taken into account anymore?

By the time I open this topic PvP was yet to be cover and I forgot to update, thx for pointing it out.

OP'S title is worded wrong, locked by role not class. i.e. tanks can only use vit acc. No more str ones, no more non tanks using vit acc for a hp boost.

Ninjas are melee dps and don't share acc with other melee dps but with ranged dps, so no, future acc will be class locked (slaying for DRG/SAM/MNK for example) like any other piece of gear.
