    This game has the worst customer service 10+ day response time.

    I've been waiting 10+ days for someone to reset my broken MSQ.

    I literally can't enjoy Stormblood, because of how they lock everything behind the MSQ.

    I've sent out 10+ tickets, and talked to 3 seperate customer service reps, and they're not help at all. What am I suppose to do? I'm at my wit's end. It's I either spam social media until someone actually pays attention, or I just quit, because I can't play Stormblood with a broken MSQ!

    I need help.

    When you say 10+ tickets that through email/chat or directly with a GM. Sounds like something a GM would be handling then the regular SE CS.

    This is what's broken. I'm sorry if I seem short. The more I have to deal with this the more frustrated I get. I've explained my situation probably 100+ times between Novice Network, various Facebook groups. On the forums. Making different tickets.

    I've made 4 in-game tickets, and every time I got a copy/paste response to contact customer service through email or on the forums. And then they just ignore me. The in-game customer service is absolute fucking shit. 4 fucking tickets. Ugh. I hate being so pissed off. It's just a game, but why can't they just fix my quest? This is the worst service I've ever experienced... I'm seriously considering cancelling my pre-order and I've never done anything like that. I'm usually a good stay-in-the-lines type person. This isn't my fault.

    If this was a real-life store I would have talked to a real person on day one and handled everything super-polite like, but what the fuck are you suppose to do when being polite doesn't work?

    Did you try retracing the steps of the quest? You can't compete it without the item. Talk to the npc who was supposed to give you the earrings in the beginning.

    The only option they gave me was to send an email. Which I've already sent 2 today, but why not a third? I'm tired of being polite and nice. I wasted 11 days of time I'm paying for, for them to do jack-shit about it. I'm just going to be pissed off. If they fix it. I'll be happy, but if not--then I guess I went out with a bang.
