This is incorrect. Casting Divine Benison does require at least one lily to be active.

The icon for Divine Benison on that vid is on the 0 key, and you can see it's not available at the beginning, until one lily is activated.
You...you're trolling right? You can't be serious. AST has higher potency heals, ludacrous shields on gcd, less randomness in their cards, and still a huge damage buff to the entire party. And for what so a whm's emergency aoe heal is affected by random procs on the target, who likely doesn't need healing in the first place, procs that you then somehow have to keep track of. Whm is SCREWED in 4.0.
Cure 3 didn't get buffed. It's still the same 550 potency with the same 6y range.
Thats not how the lvl 70 Spell works. Each time you heal a target, that target will get a confession stack at a chance of 20%. Sounds good, the downside is huge and makes this additional potency thingy pretty lame. Okay, 20% chance, makes it 15 casts of cure1/2 to give the mt 3 confession stacks (MT because hes the only one who gets healed by cure1/2). So, now you using the lvl70 ability, and everyone gets healed by 400 pot and mt by 600 pot. Now question it. Is main tank in need of a 200 pot higher aoe heal? Pretty much no (Let alone because he already has a high defense value wich makes that kinda pointless.1 ...
BUT, the critical thing is, the RADIUS of this spell is a whooping 30 yalms.
TLDR: Everytime you cast Cure/II, you have a 20% chance of healing everybody for 400 potency.
That's hell alot of healing, but of course, if the game does not demand it, its still useless V_V.
Also question how crazily long it will take to cast 15! cure 1/2. Even if you chaincast them for whatever reason you will end up with 45 seconds at least. Now a good whm doesnt chaincast and so you have to put plenty of other healing cooldowns inbetween your 15 cures. Let it be regen, medica, medica 2, stone, holy, aero3 whatever. Tetragrammaton, Assize too, because even if it doesnt add more cooldown time, its effect of healing also lowers the amount of cure1/2 you need during that time. You can easily end up with getting the 3 stacks after 90-120 seconds. Also note confession falls of after 30 seconds.

What the hell happened? SE used to be so good at balancing this stuff, bit WHM is so underwhelming it's laughable.
It's like they don't care anymore.

Finally a skill that is true to a WHM/ pure healer!! Current system's 30 recast ogcd INDOM at 400 potency was shitting on us WHM's. NOW we get a real oGCD aoe with a 15 sec recast!!!! and varying potency(400, 500, 600) with a 30 radius. 30 radius is the largest radius in game so there isn't an issue at all with being centered. If your 25 yalm medica2 hits everyone.... your 30 yalm PI will LULz it way to the very edges of the arena!!!
Another note:
We can't know if we're suppose to be disappointed or satisfied just yet.............WE NEED to see these utilities in CONTENT..... Content will make or break us (make or break any job for that matter.)
