Are you sure that it doesn't consume confession stacks?

If so, that does make it a bit better.
If not... and somewhat even if so... if it was an ungated 15s CD oCGD and you could expect to get the 600 potency level a lot, you would be right. It's the RNG gating that limits the ability's potential.

It's a fair point. I guess we'll see.

One way or another, PI is definitely the most interesting addition to WHM's kit. I just still don't think it's enough to carry all the hurt in other areas.

It essentially comes down to if people will value WHM's high personal DPS (and ability to augment the main healer's heals a lot), vs SCH's utility. SCH's utility has been considered pretty strong for 4 years now, essentially guaranteeing them their party slot. SCH DPS did take a very big hit, but... their utility didn't, and now they have Chain Stratagem to add to the repertoire.

If WHM gets a meta spot... will I be happy about that? Yes. Will I be happy that AST is OP? Still no.

Just because the cardboiz have also obliterated the fairymen doesn't mean us caneguyz are in a good spot. The balance is bad on most fronts, the tanks are freakin' out and for some reason they nerfed monk. It's pretty rough out there.

And if LB charge isn't especially important... double AST is even a possibility.
