They're going over a lot of stuff so there is somethings you'll have to back track onto~ Mostly UI changes, so if you start now you should get to go over it as a unit still.

Some things come to mind like, tank role stun skill, bunch of defense stuff, goad for all melee and an ability that lets you ignore directional for 15 seconds, stuff like that.

Starting with an attitude of expecting people playing healers will stand around is a bad attitude, you made a statement that essentially promises to treat people badly regardless of the reason for their behavior. Don't try to dodge the meaning and implication of what you originally wrote.

Doing damage on a DPS is a requirement, while doing damage on a healer is -while encouraged- optional. They may contribute do the overall DPS for faster progress, but shunning them if they don't is just bad.

Regardless of the class you should always be doing something with every GCD some healers have been using the excuse that they cant dps because they are afraid of being stuck in CS and often stand around doing nothing for extended periods of time or do pointless over healing. Now you can cancel a offensive spell and immediately heal so every healer should at least attempt to contribute to dps when the situation allows it, I am not saying kick people for not doing maximum dps.

Context and compromise is everything here.

I'm all for healer DPS myself, but I wouldn't force my full gas roulette play style on someone who might lack the experience or dexterity to pull it off comfortably and consistently. It stops being worthwhile if you start causing more issues than you solve with it =(

To be fair, it's fine they blacklist me and don't want me around either. I hate people who sit and do nothing. It's like saying as a tank or DPS I dont move out of AOE or even try to do damage. Unfair to the group.
