Hi why don\\'t you make the keypaind on this game save for the account like wow I play on caffe net and everytime I change my pc I have to make my ablites again so make on save on the account pls ?

That information is not saved on the game servers it is saved locally

SE has worked hard to save as much as possible on the server side. Before a certain patch, even user macros were stored on the client side.

The problem with what you are asking is that the HUD layout can be radically different. Therefore, storing keybindings and abilities placements will not be advisable. What if SE stored the settings that you have things set up for controller layout and all your abilities and layout such for a TV and PS4. Then you log on a PC and now you have a 4K resolution instead of 1080p and you are using mouse and keyboard? Should SE load the settings from your account for the PS4? If yes, then now everything is sitting in the middle as if you were on a 1080p. Also, your set up is now for a controller. If you went the reverse route, then everything would sit off the screen and be set up for the controller. So, you would have to reset your settings to get things back so you can move it again.

Now, I know you are then thinking "Why not save a setting for PS4 and PC separate?" There is still more problems. Maybe a laptop has a lower resolution than the desktop. Then this will not work still. Should SE store all the settings and let you pick which to load?

As for WoW, they can make 1 assumption, and that is that you are not using addons and will always be using a keyboard and mouse. If you do, then abilities on bars that WoW does not support normally are not saved. Also, the do not have to save abilities assigned to a controller and keyboard separate. SE would have to put in extra strain on the loading screen of each zone to make sure the right profile is correct, thus causing more strain and lag initially.

To add what Aladire said, just think of the strain it'd put on the server if millions of players/characters were getting their UI saved. The files would be atrociously large and they'd need a server twice the size of the new one for NA.

Now if you want to fix your issue, just export your config on a usb key and bring it around to go to the cafe and at home and make sure to restore it every time you do a change.
