24 vs 24 , only 1 can't win

1 person can have more influence than you think. You have much higher chances to win if 1) you switch to a healer if your alliance lacks them 2) know ice spawns time and call them with coordinates 3) call full offensive on right alliance, not the one which has 3rd place by points 4) be good at your job and don't afk at base.
And yes, first 200 wins took me a year more or less, you are not supposed to get them in one week. Nothing wrong with investing some time for a rare mount.
