Character Missing

I tried logging in today and my character was gone. I can't select the world I was in (Exodus) and I have no character to log in with when I enter the game. My character is still on the mogstation and I was able to use it as my main character for the forums, so I am not sure what is happening. I know I'm on the right account because it has the correct Veteran Reward Rank showing just not my character. I'm assuming that Exodus is locked for character creation right now, but that shouldn't affect me trying to login.

I can't select the world I was in (Exodus)

If you can't select the world it sounds like you've got the wrong data centre selected. Easily fixed though, from the main menu, just select the data centre option and then select "Primal" which is the data centre for Exodus. After that you should be able to select your world/character as expected.
