Cannot unlock "Pal-less Palace II" achievement + title.

Steps:
1. I performed the task explicitly stated in the achievement, Pal-less Palace II; "Clear the 1st through the 100th floors of the Palace of the Dead solo."
2. After successfully defeating Nybeth Obdilord on the 100th floor, I exited the Palace of the Dead, and received no achievement.

Additional Details: I did some research and other players stated that if you continue on past floor 101 and proceed to die, it will unlock the achievement. However, I cannot do this because I had several KOs due to random factors out of my control. Mimics with no pomanders of purity, bad luring traps, etc. Since I have had KOs, the system will not let me proceed past floor 100 so I cannot use that workaround. As shown in the chatlog, I attempted to die on my other save as a monk, but that didn't reward the achievement.

Reports of this bug date back to November of last year and apparently it has never been fixed. I worked very, very hard to earn this title, and I did exactly what the achievement requested of me. It did not say anything about not having KOs. I really hope this gets addressed, because it's very frustrating to put in so much work doing an activity I did not want to do, and not getting the reward promised for doing so. I tried to submit a support ticket and I was simply told to post here, but seeing all the other bug reports on this from many months ago appearing to never have been acknowledged is a bit disheartening.

I understand the team will do what they can in the time they are given, but if it is not feasible with the time constraints of the developers, could I please at least have the achievement unlocked for my account?
