Hey all. bear with me I'm still new to a lot of this housing stuff. So I have a question. Is it possible to redo a houses outer structure and or fencing without demolishing it? Like say I want to replace the outer walls with a different style instead of the current one?

Hey all. bear with me I'm still new to a lot of this housing stuff. So I have a question. Is it possible to redo a houses outer structure and or fencing without demolishing it? Like say I want to replace the outer walls with a different style instead of the current one?

Social > Housing > Remodel Exterior. You can also paint it by choosing Paint Exterior instead of Remodel Exterior. Just note if you use a housing glamour such as the moogle wall or merchant's wall then you cannot trade out parts. You'll also be stuck with whatever choices there are for the particular district you're in (ex: Glade parts for Lav Beds, Oasis parts for Goblet and Riviera parts for Mist)

It will destroy the parts previously on it. And that goes for specialised housing skins as well. The merchant wall/moogle/chocobo/paissa houses will be destroyed if you replace them, so watch out.
