Is there a way to make ground-targeting take 100% priority over other UI aspects when in ground-target mode? Currently, it's set for least-priority, which means things like clicking on the target bar (usually midscreen right where I want to ground target) blocks setting the ground target. Same with map, chat, and other UI elements.

When in ground-target mode, I want to ONLY be able to use the mouse to set the ground-target. I'd be happy to forever give up being able to mouse click all HUD/UI elements to achieve this -- I rarely click anything anyway other than to setup the initial button layout.
