    11+ day wait. Brushed off. Worst customer service.

    This might sound a bit ranty, but I was polite, patient, and cordial for the first 10 days you guys have been dicking me around with your horseshit answers. What am I suppose to do if being polite doesn't work?

    11 days ago I made a report in-game, because my MSQ broken, and all I needed was a simple quest reset. That was too freaking hard for you guys. You responded 3 days later, and asked me to send out emails and post on these forums. I did that. I did everything right. I followed the rules, and I was polite. And my message sat in this forum for several more days before finally moving to the "accepted" bugs tab.

    Now it's not there, and my quest is still broken. It's been 11 days. I have received no contact from you guys, and every time I send you guys another message I'm ignored.

    Stormblood is coming out soon. I have it preordered. Are you guys going to be able to help me with my quest, or do I need to cancel my preorder? I LITERALLY CANNOT PLAY THE EXPANSION with a broken MSQ. Please fix it. OR have the courtesy to tell me you can't, so that I can cancel my sub and play something else with better service.

    I really REALLY enjoy FFXIV, but I can't play it if I can't play it. Fix your problems or hire people who can. OR at least have the balls to tell me you can't so you're not dicking me around for extra sub money.

    This. FIX THIS! So I can enjoy the game. Reset my damn quest. Or complete it for me. It'll take like 30 seconds. Why has this taken 11+ days?
