Inactive FC leadership transfer.

I just wanted to clear something up. Does leadership get passed to the highest ranked person, even if they haven't logged in (but still within 7 days), if someone else logs in first within that 7 days? For example, an officer logs in but is gone for a couple days, but someone else has been logging in regularly and either is logged in or logs in soon after the leadership changes, does it give it to the offline officer, or the other person?

In the past when our FC leader was inactive, the leadership passed on to another player that had a higher rank, but was offline. I am not sure, if they have changed this, but if its still the same, then its based on rank.

Nope. If the next highest ranked person hasn't logged in within seven days, it chooses the earliest joined member who has. Per your example, the person logging in regularly should get leadership.

When it passes it goes to the highest ranked person, if there is more than one person of that rank it is determined by seniority. In the event the highest ranked person hasn't been on for 30 days then it passes to the next highest ranked person; it will keep passing people until it finds the highest ranked person who has logged in within the last 30 days. If the highest ranked person has been gone for less than 30 days it will still transfer to them and it won't transfer again for another 30 days.
