The mystery of the missing Region

I made the assumption that Paglth'an was a plains like area where the Plainsfolk Lalafell (according to their lore) have Shire like homes build into the hills and have tunnels underground to connect them. :s

But I could be completely wrong, that is the beauty of an assumption.

Also I would like to just point out that Thanalan is in a fixed location in terms of East-West movement (x-axis) it does however have some freedom to move North-South (y-axis), but that wouldn't fix the Black Shroud Worm Hole Zone issue. I make this statement primarily based on the outline of the world map and the fact that Thanalan (in the game) has a border that touches the Sea/Strait and therefore cannot move anymore Eastward to get closer to the Black Shroud Zone-line.

I didn't just randomly paste these Regions together, I did think it through. In fact I sat there for about an hour trying to MAKE it work and fit properly by rescaling the zones until I finally just reverted back to this original placement/scale.
