    This is ridiculous. I can't barely play and almost regret wasting money on the forgoing expansion and content you guys have to offer. I just got done playing a different game and was 100% fine and not lagging a tall. I come on FFXIV and can barely play for a minute without lagging.

    Still nothing,no response.The expansion is getting all the attention and to be honest I don't think this issue is going to be fixed anytime soon.

    They've had weeks now to address the issue and they aren't doing anything. They don't care. They're too busy serving their corporate overlords so they can count their fat stacks of cash in comfort.

    Yesterday I played and noticed that ping reduced 100ms, but today again grows. Why????????

    And it's getting worse and worse everyday. I thankfully was able to use a VPN to bypass this, dropping from 340ms and sometimes 440ms to 190ms, 210ms at most. But now I'm getting 270ms up to 310ms with a VPN. I already submitted a report, SE you.. are getting on my nerves.

    SE has the worst costumer support ever. I have never seen such a behavior before. Every other gaming studio is doing a lot better when it comes to responding and helping their customers. I wish everyone with connection problems would unsub for just one month. Maybe SE would understand that message.

    I'm with you on that unsubbing thing. Actually, how about we extend that to a year and see what happens? Maybe then they'll actually do something about it...
