Type of Issue/Feedback: Skill delay, weaving ogcds clips gcd and makes gameplay feel clunky. Sometimes skills don't register when I press them. Or sometimes it'll show that I did press it, but there's a blip; the skill is cancelled, reset, and I have to press it again.
Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): Bell
State/Country: Nova Scotia, Canada (atlantic coast)
Date/Time: Since relocation. I notice it the most when I'm raiding; 10:00pm - 12:00am AST
    World Name: Leviathan
Frequency: All the time. It's slightly better during the day compared to evenings.

Type of Issue/Feedback: Disconnects are now extremely frequent (twice in less than 10 minutes, 4 times in under an hour), latency spikes are massive and happen every few seconds, rendering the game pretty much completely unplayable. I can't even craft or call my retainer without freezing in place for a minute, assuming it doesn't just disconnect me outright.

Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): Verizon FiOS

    State/Country: New York, United States

Date/Time: Every single day since the data center relocation, but it's much worse in the last 2-4 days. I work a full time job during the day, so I can't test it then, but at the times I'm actually able to play, it's really, really bad (probably because it tends to hit around California's prime time).

    World Name: Hyperion

Frequency: Constant. Ping spikes from a playable 85-ish (was 15ms before relocation) to an unplayable 240-347 or higher every few seconds. Disconnects happen at random, sometimes nearly back to back. However, they rarely result in lobby server errors.

Soonly will be a month since all this stuff started, searching a solving for connection issues. I mean, I have lost a month speaking economically and still continue losing my money cause I paid for 2 months.

I want to know if really are working something about it, is kinda strange that in all this elapsed time they dont give signals about this that evolve a big amont of users that have spend a lot of time and money in game. Also, I dare to say that them already paid for the expansion, not having idea about this problem and will lose that money too.

Guess im not asking for much, we deserve to know, we are paying for a service that have changed and brought some problems that affect many players, that'so you need to keep informed how are solving this problem.

Hope this comment would be noticed.
    Greetings

Type of Issue/Feedback: Latency issue. ping went from 30 to 130 Average. Having lag spikes very often. I have to spam hitting oGCD for it to register. Retainer doesn't appear for good 5+ seconds many times. When I get off mount, on the screen, I am still on the mount for 3+ seconds.

-SE mentioned 200-220ms is playable. But it feels like either my computer is broken, or my internet is massively slower. Everything registers extremely slower, everything in the game feels delayed.

I am not saying I should have 30ms ping back. I was actually happy about server move because LIKE SE mentioned, it will stablize latency issue for all NA players. (It is NA Datacenter)
But instead of fixing the issue, it just swapped from coast to coast.

I thought "Slight Increase" of ping meant, going from 30 to 60-70. which is double or more, and I was OK with that since friends from West Coast I raid with won't have ping issue. I thought that was the reason for server move. But how are you expecting us to accept enjoy your decision?

    "200-220ms is playable."
Well, PS3 is playble too. But if you 'force' PS4 players and PC (with decent build) players to play on PS3 from now on, just because of SE's decision (just an example of how I feel. I know PS3 service is done in SB) will it be enjoyable?
This is dramatic as what I stated above.

Some communication of any kind would be great from se... Unless this thread is nothing more than a "yea we will take a look at it" deal.

Type of Issue/Feedback: Incredible lag, rubber banding of up to 10 second increments, Error 900006.

    State/Country: Canada
    Date/Time: June 13th, 2017, at log-in around 4:30pm.

Frequency: It literally only just started today. My latency went up after the server move, but in general my connection was fine. Today I noticed such insane lag that the game is completely unplayable in a very literal sense. With a constant 25 to 50% packet loss rate and rubberbanding of upwards of 10 seconds, I can't actually do anything in game anymore.
