Not to be excessively sarcastic, but I wonder if they're aware that we're still waiting for them to reply to their own official thread. Come on, SE, we're paying customers. You can at least give us lip service and say you're still looking into it or something.
And update on how things are getting on would be ideal by now. Specifically being 2 weeks already. Is like if my internet at home goes down or have some difficulties the internet provider will make sure I receive full attention. They wouldn't be going on quiet for weeks and weeks.
Guys, couple pointers:
- Stop arguing in this thread. SE, or at least the Community Rep doesn't need that material to know that there's indeed network issues regarding post migration.
- Keep this thread for feedback regarding the points asked by the Rep. Hell, even some people aren't posting their tracerts, which is the most important thing.
- After 1 month since this thread was created, I'll make another one, demanding a formal response from SE, communicated by the CR of this forums, to see what's the official statement regarding this issue. If they give any official feedback before this date, the better. 2 weeks ain't enough to fix something that needs coordination between SE as a company, and various ISPs involved on these routes which are giving us the ms increase.

Type of Issue/Feedback: High latency (~300ms), used to be ~150ms. Something is definitely wrong, looks like our packets are being sent to Miami, then Seattle (!?), then Sweden (!???). Please reassure us that you're looking into it before Stormblood launches.

I am sorry but you do realize that SB is going live in less than 2 weeks for the pre orders, right? I don't wanna pay for that expansion if i won't be able to play it. Type of Issue/Feedback: Constant disconnecting in all areas regardless of activities. I disonnect while standing still, CRAFTING(all materials lost every time), and in all instances. I have been kicked from the game and unable to log back in after given the message that I was still logged in for 5 minutes at a time. I have had my wires replaced and my modem upgraded by my ISP and the problem persists. I am on PS4 and while I get connection lost to the server I have not been logged out of PSN and my internet connection to other devices are never disrupted at anytime this occurs.

Frequency: Anywhere between 2 minutes of logging on till up to 45 minutes is probably the longest I've been able to stay on at one time.
Type of issue/Feedback: lagging really bad all the time for the past 5 days and it suck i can't do dungeons or trials with out lagging and I'll just be sitting looking at the screen waiting for it to catch back up to the game it sucks really bad even when walking around just doing fates. I've done everything with my internet to see if it was the problem but I ended up with the same results. And with stormblood on its way I really don't need these issues I really want to enjoy the new expansion. Please help

I have some lag when racing chocobos at the Gold Saucer. About 1/2 of all item pick-ups dont "pick up" upon even the most obvious collisions. Sometimes if I'm lucky I can grab one that i normally would not have by jumping earlier than I should have had to, for the floating pick-ups. Other times, It doesnt work no matter how I time my jumps and I can run directly through the ground level items and see nothing at all happen.
