For what it's worth, my connection from home in Delaware is much better (~80 ms at all times), with a different ISP: Verizon. Would not be surprised if Comcast's ineptitude is responsible for this. Alas, I will be stuck with them here for a while.

I've noticed that most latin american players (South America,Central America and the Caribbean) are getting routed to Europe.
I hope the problem gets fixed soon because is making the game harder and annoying to play.I'm getting better latency on EU servers 142-145ms and that's on the other continent...
