Observation: As you may see in other posts, this is a South America problem with ISPs of the Telefónica Company. Tracert goes to amsterdam before going to US server.

After that comment, ping improved from 300 to 200, but now again is hight

Type of Issue/Feedback: Increased ping (50-60 average to 120 with peaks up to 190 during prime-time hours). Able to get around 90-100 using VPNs, but not reliably/without increased lag. I now have about the same connection to EU servers as I do to NA servers.

Hey, my issue isn't big but it is kinda annoying to see. I live in Ontario and I got the best Internet I can possibly get here with rogers. Now I'm not sure if it's the new location of the server or if a few bugs need to be ironed out but I'm having constant latency issues. Also I play on jenova on Playstation 4. Type of Issue/Feedback: Latency went way higher after server move, from 160 to 270-300. It's not impossible to keep playing, but i really get sad with these raise of Ping, some skills are pretty hard to follow-up and i have to weave skills 3,4 times. Play Ninja already was a challenge before the relocation, now it's pretty inviable since the mudra skill became a lot harder to follow.

For a suggestion, since I'm curious to see what others have gotten, ping yourself to the EU servers as well. Should be 195.82.50.9

My end result for that was:

Compared to the NA servers which was:

Certainly feels very troubling that both these servers have near similar pings now. So give it a shot, ping yourself to EU and compare the results with the NA one.

Type of Issue/Feedback: Ping has more than tripled since server migration. (30 ms to 100 ms, sometimes spiking higher to ~150 ms or so) Intermittent lag especially in dungeons. Enemies or party members stop moving for 3-10 seconds at a time. Battle macros work perhaps 30% of the time (text fires off but action does not.) Crafting macros frequently skip steps. (edit: Ping for EU servers is about 120 ms.)

• Type of Issue/Feedback: I am periodically experiencing lag spikes and packet drops. Also, I'm rarely able to double weave abilities without clipping my GCD now, which makes playing DRK painful (especially with Blood Weapon active). Ping is now averaging 80-85ms on Primal, and 100ms on Aether, up from roughly 30ms on Primal and 50ms on Aether before the data centre relocation.

I can no longer play any classes to my usual standard. As melee some skills will not register as having been used but the recast timer will start. As healer I will have my target selected and none of my heals will go off, sometimes they are even greyed out. Half my group died last night because my heals wouldn't work (inclusing myself, the singular healer in the party). I can no longer get out of AoEs that I previously had no trouble getting out of. I was in Weeping City and Calofisteri's Haircut indicator didn't even show up half the time, and I would get hit by it. I have also had enemies completely stop moving for 20 seconds and it says they are invulnerable if I try to attack them. Slide casting still works, but I have had to adjust quite a bit. Forget double weaving. Forget macros.

I heard that some East Coast players had better pings with the EU servers, but I checked my ping there and it was only worse than what I have currently after the move on Aether. 309 ms.
