Type of Issue/Feedback: Lag spikes and rubberbanding. The game stops for a few moments and try to catch up with all the things that has been happening. This mainly happens in instances. IE. 24 mans, Shinryu Extreme, Omega Savage

I'm not sure what's going on but it seems to be the NTT servers the datacenter is located on. There's always something wrong with it. I keep getting bad connections with NTT so frequently now.
