Reporting Issues Resulting from the North American Data Center Relocation

-Type of Issue/Feedback: Increased latency at various times of the day when my connection reaches the NTT network.
-Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): AT&T Wireless
-State/Country: Hawaii
-Date/Time: Happens several times a day, every day.
-World Name: Leviathan
-Frequency: Several times a day, averaging 10-15 minutes. Current lag increase makes it feel like satellite (should have 110ms or so, I now have 220+ and packet loss). It's only when my connection leaves the AT&T network and this only seems to happen on NTT.
