    I am getting frequent lag and disconnects from the server. I just had 4 in the level 70 end game instance, and its has been a recurring problem since the move.

    State/Country: Toronto, Canada
    Date/Time: (When did the issue start happening, at what specific times does this issue arise, if any.) About 3 months ago. Worse since Stormblood. Happens at all times.
    World Name: Lamia
    Frequency: (How often does the issue occur?) Varies, from once every hour to 4 times in 10 minutes in certain instances.

    Date/Time: This issue began occurring after the 4.01 patch. Before the patch, my connection was fine and I experienced no disconnects whatsoever.

    Frequency: As of yesterday, I could usually log in for five minutes or so before being disconnected. It seemed to be less frequent outside of a duty. Today, I am disconnected seconds after logging in. I can't play at all.

    Type of Issue/Feedback: I keep constantly disconnecting from the game after I log in for 10 minutes, the game giving me the 90002 error code 'Lost connection to server.'

    Type of Issue/Feedback: Constantly disconnect from the game after a couple minutes of play. In those minutes I'm unable to interact in any way with the game world. Even pressing sprint does nothing. The disconnect always comes with the 90002 error code.
    Name of your ISP: BT. British Telecommunications.
    Country: UK.
    Date/Time: Since about 12pm 4th of July. Got a couple hours in later, but after that the problem reappeared.
    Frequency: Every single time I try to log in.

    If it's any help, the problem started on the 4th while my character was in Quarrymill. Hours later when it disappeared I left Quarrymill immediately, and the problem only returned when I went back to Quarrymill hours later. However, this seems purely coincidental.

    I made the first feedback. I have the exact same issue and my guess is that Telefónica ISP related companies across SA are facing the same issue. We're a month and half since migration. Any news? I want to stop paying extra cash so I can avoid those 310ms, and I don't want to stop playing. Zhexos, any news? Thank you.
