Type of Issue/Feedback: frequent 90k disconnections

Date/Time: started with the launch of Stormblood
World Name: Excalibur
Frequency: very frequent. at least 8 times last night; twice this morning, haven't been able to be on more than 10 minutes before I get a 90k


I never had these problems before 4.0 came out. Have tried restarting cable modem, router and computer. Don't think the problem is on my end.

1:09pm -90k disconnect- entering into quest instance
1:12pm -90k disconnect- during fighting in quest instance
then experienced error 2002- lobby server has encountered an error
restarted ffxiv:sb
1:21pm -90k disconnect during 2nd part of quest instance
1:27pm -" "
1:31pm -error 2002 lobby server error
restarted ffxiv:sb
finally made it through quest at this time
