Date/Time: Usually later at night, but last week or so it has been consistently happening all day. Just much worse at night.

World Name:Exodus

Frequency: Just started last week or so.

I am using PingPlotter. I have had it running for about 30 minutes now and IP 204.2.229.234 has a consistent 20% loss. Everything else looks good. I believe that is the data center (Primal). I am running the trace to 204.2.229.101 (Exodus).
