Type of Issue/Feedback: Skill delay, weaving ogcds clips gcd and makes gameplay feel clunky. Sometimes skills don't register when I press them. Or sometimes it'll show that I did press it, but there's a blip; the skill is cancelled, reset, and I have to press it again.
