Reporting Issues Resulting from the North American Data Center Relocation

Type of Issue/Feedback: Constant high latency, PvP is now unplayable for me because of the latency (attacks and damage done register noticeably late). My latency is sitting at constant 104-115 and it's frustrating.

State/Country: NY, USA
Date/Time: Ever since migration of NA datacenters.
World Name: Gilgamesh
Frequency: Constant (100+ ms), sometimes it jumps to 300-400ms.

Any improvement to the latency would be greatly appreciated.
