    Lag and DCs

Type of Issue/Feedback: Massive Lag Spikes/Frequent Disconnects (90002 Error)
Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP):Charter/Comcast
    State/Country: USA - Illinois
    Date/Time: 5/17/2017
    World Name: Faerie
    Frequency: VERY frequent (Daily)

While most people in here have ping issues, I never knew what my ping was before the move, as of now i can say it bounces from 80-150. My main issue however, is the massive amount of lag I'm receiving that never occurred before the server move.
Now i'm almost lucky if I can play group content with my friends anymore due to near constant 15+ second lag spikes in dungeons and raids. It's starting to leak into faerie itself. Crafting has become worrisome, because of the random lag-outs to 90002 errors, that I'll lose what I've begun working on.
Another example was a Dun Scaith raid run where I was disconnected no les than 10 times during the raid. These rarely if never happened before the move

...Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    Lag spikes and high latency

    Type of Issue/Feedback: High latency–from 180 ms to a constant 320 ms (190 ms with a VPN)
Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): Vivo (Telefônica)
    State/Country: São Paulo/Brazil
Date/Time: After NA data center relocation
    World Name: Behemoth and Excalibur
    Frequency: All the time

    Notes:
I've noticed that, in most ISP's from Telefónica, the high latency begins once it routes to Amsterdam. I am also having massive lag spikes.

    Hello,

    Delay issues

Type of issue/Feedback - Sporadic latency/packet loss. Happens mostly in instance runs such as Gubal Library Hard Mode, Baelsar's Wall during mob pulls. On Wednesday there was a maximum of a 20 second delay during one boss fight which other party members from other servers on the Primal data center. I have tested in on lower level dungeons such as Copperbell Mines, and latency/packet loss spikes do occur but it is around .50-.99 second delays compared to the higher level dungeons. My average ping is 83 ms when I ping the servers. The lag spikes due occur the most during heavy traffic hours such as the evening hours between 5-9 pm CST.
Name of your internet service Provider - Comcast Xfinity
    State/Country - Alabama, United States
Date/Time - The spikes happen most frequently during heavy traffic or peak times such as the evening between 5-9 PM CST. I haven't had any issues up until this past Tuesday.
    World Name - Behemoth
Frequency - Happens most frequently during peak hours.

Yes and no. The hop to amsterdam adds like 20ms. The problem is the jump from Spain to France to Spain and some local hops on Spain. It adds a total of 130ms avg. Considering our past ms which was around 180, there you have it: 310ms.

Chile here. Wow, never heard of this ISP before. I thought it was only Claro/VTR (sharing same path) and Telefónica. VTR/Claro and Telefónica were around 180ms before migration. you saying yours was only 100ms so your ISP was avoiding weird jumps inside the US (those extra 80ms)? If you have an old tracert pre migration, please share because that information is important. You can PM me if you have that, thanks.

Type of Issue/Feedback: Constant high latency, PvP is now unplayable for me because of the latency (attacks and damage done register noticeably late). My latency is sitting at constant 104-115 and it's frustrating.
