Posting again. Tracert and WinMTR results below. Again, since the server relocation the frequent "lag" has become quite severe. Abilities show animations, but do not resolve properly, the environment and those in it freeze then spontaneously reanimate, etc. My ISP continues to deny that this is an issue on their end.
