Type of Issue/Feedback: Ping has gone from <20ms to 170-200. Playability has reduced significantly during instances. oGCD abilities aren't queuing properly, GCDs are clipping, and AoE markers are appearing inconsistently. Overall, the game is drastically less enjoyable.
