Hello!

Experiencing extreme latency on command inputs of off global cooldown abilities and often times it not registering inputs completely. (specifically with ninja mudras and many SMN abilities)
ISP:Spectrum (previously Time Warner Cable)
New York, USA
Date/Time: After server relocation
World Name: Excalibur
Frequency: Constantly
Went from an average ping of 42 to 107-120. PS4 player here so I'm unable to use VPNs or any other services to strengthen my connections.

Very sad that I'm now unable to play many of my favorite jobs anymore due to it just not registering commands.
