    Type of Issue/Feedback: Severe increase in latency (30 MS average pre-server relocation to 120 MS with average spikes of 200 MS during non-primetime hours) without a VPN. Causing buffs and GCDs to be eaten by the server (even with a VPN). Random packet loss with and without a VPN has made the game unplayable.
