Reporting Issues Resulting from the North American Data Center Relocation

Type of Issue/Feedback: Ping went up from 100-110 to 200-230 (PingPlotter Traceroute shows ~170, but Windows Ressourse Monitor says 200+). Actions not executing, dialog windows (retainer, MB, NPC's) take long to respond (i can almost count to 3 before something happens), zoning takes for ever.

While the game might be "playable" i think it is not that "enjoyable" anymore. It is kinda annoying when the ping spike hits me.
