I have some lag when racing chocobos at the Gold Saucer. About 1/2 of all item pick-ups dont "pick up" upon even the most obvious collisions. Sometimes if I'm lucky I can grab one that i normally would not have by jumping earlier than I should have had to, for the floating pick-ups. Other times, It doesnt work no matter how I time my jumps and I can run directly through the ground level items and see nothing at all happen.

Type of Issue/Feedback: I am getting massive load times. I have just logged into the game and am sitting at the Now Loading screen for the Churning Mists (15 minutes at this point). I took a long time (a minute or more) to get to the Stormblood start screen after logging in, and another long time to get to the Character Selection screen. I have not made any changes to my software or hardware recently. I have been playing FFXIV since day one and have never encountered an issue like this. I don't have an issue with any other software, and I noticed that there is actually no significant network traffic happening. I'm starting to wonder if there's an issue with the drive it's running on.

Issue started with lag (in game) 19 Oct (NZ). Upon return to Limsa I received 'unable to commence cut scene' messages when trying to summon retainers. Went to the Inn and tried again (and again) eventually was able to summon retainers.
Today I started with similar issues (cut scene etc.) which seemed to improve when I dismissed my Yo-kai minion. Left room and became frozen - looks like I'm looking at the floor. Attempt to teleport results in 'Invalid Target' message
Have exited and logged back in but no change.
Have logged in different character in the same world - same problems
Have logged into character in Exodus - started frozen and staring at the floor then came right

This thread is to help with Routing/ISP-specific issues then hopefully you can resolve this. Please, my patients is wearing very thin. The game isn't fun anymore when I have to deal with this awful latency throughout the day. I had fun doing the SB MSQ in 4.0, but once patch 4.06a hit it's been an awful gameplay experience since.
