Your point is right, but your wording is wrong. If they don't want the game to be "toxic" they should stop making social content. Social content will always have a degree of toxicity, but it is how the devs maintain the toxicity that determines content health. I would say that the absence of tools for clarity (this includes clear stat weights, learning tools, and intermediary hall as well as parsers) does more harm to the health of the game than adding parsers ever will, given that the way the devs maintain parser use is correct.
