Perform effective, proper rotations. All the information is out there, and experience IS the best teacher. And you don't need a parser just to know what to do.
Although, I'm normally ambivalent to these kind of debates concerning parsers, as a prior PS4 turn PC player, I can happily say I wont go back. In the case of the PC vs PS4 advantages, I can already think of few on the top of my head out of the many that plagued me. For example progging any raid content were movements are key, were always more trouble then needed be. A11s comes to mind, I'd have to be a time traveller just to dodge the directional swords, this is due to the PS4 having added lag, because its simply not optimised.

The day I bought myself a PC, the aoes was as clear as day and didn't require me to move as preemptively, as if this was the Titan ex days. Do any match of shatter and hit the ice with 30 or more players surrounding it, you'll experience lag as if your running FF14 on a toaster. In short PS4 players have a disadvantage in the technical department.

This can be applied to rotations as well and it could mean difference between a your gcd timing, even worse pressing ocds, double weaving etc. Transferring to the PC my dps had indeed gone up by a 50, simply because my gcds were faster and mechanics were easier to deal with, executing both with the PCs hardware lead to this improvement. In my opinion PS4 players have the inferior experience when it comes to raiding vs a PC players many benefits
