Healer LF MC/HC Static

Hey there Tonberry. I am currently searching for a MC/HC Static for V4S Progression. I currently have all three healers leveled and geared and have cleared V3S. I prefer to play WHM, but if your static already has a kickass WHM I am willing to play SCH or AST.

I am looking for the following:
-Raid timezones between GMT+7 and GMT+10 (looking to raid no later than 2AM GMT+10)
-Experienced Leader (please no first time leaders)
-Extremely strict rules concerning attendance/timeliness/tardiness/connection issues
-Using Discord for Voice Comms

Basically, I am looking for hardcore standards but with a more midcore schedule. The most important thing to me is a raid leader who is willing to cut players who have poor attendance/tardiness or who have connection issues. Mechanical skills we can work on, being a dirtbag or having a poor connection... not so much. Not looking to get server firsts or anything like that, just looking for a group of people who show up on time and don't spend half the night DC'ing.
