Leveling: PotD or MSQ?

Thanks for the feedback. I'll recommend to her to use PotD for her cross-class stuff, and MSQ for leveling. Can you get to 60 with only MSQ, or do you need to do all the regional side quests too? I honestly don't remember, since I tend to burn through the leveling content very early.

For me, I had to do a couple runs in POTD for the last 3 levels to be able to progress on the story quest. I'd hit lvl 57, do the MSQ, then have 1/4 a bar to fill. 58 was similar. 59, I only got 1/5th my exp bar filled, and had to do several POTD runs to get to lvl 60.
