I like this idea. The developers refuse to add an ingame parser, but a grading system is another beneficial idea to players who are trying to learn how to properly play their class and want to improve.I think an awesome idea is a reward system based on a grading system. for example 95-100% expected damage based on ilvl (becomes more lenient when you perform other task such as interrupts/stuns/etc) for S-grade. 90-94% A-grade, 80-89% B, 75-79% C, 65-74% D, and anything less than 64% is a E.
When it comes to healing it can have a set number that reduces points for over healing which can be recovered by doing dps or other tasks like mentioned previously(maybe even buffs?).
While tanks is a combination of how much damage is mitigated and how much damage is dealt.
It would incentive players to push their limits for a high rating. An average person or grade that to be shooting for is upper Bs or A rating while those who min/max everything master the mechanics, etc can work towards gaining an S ranking. If you get a C or lower then it means you need to work on your performance. The higher the ranking the higher the rewards.
After dungeon completion you would get your rank and stuff like dps, overall damage, interrupts, etc.
