And if they give rewards for be the best it would cause many partys in PF (or in general) would demand be the best with every role even more.

Also if they add in-game parser then all i can do is stop playing FFXIV completely and never play FFXIV again because i'm not the best player in whole game when i can't even beat was it Alexander - The Cuff of the Son (aka. A6).

I remember you from a thread you made about PotD, hence I will assume that you have indeed mainly lvled in PotD which IMO is a VERY VERY bad way to level for a new player who is not as experienced with MMORPGs to begin with.
You end up with lots of skills shoved up your throat within a short amount of time and you dont really get to try out your cooldowns and half of your skills very efficiently.

With all due respect though, if you get so much hate, then you are doing something really wrong and its up to you to just either give up and stay that way (which means the hate is kinda justified...) or improve on it.

There are text guides and video guides of all classes available when you google. There are dummies to practise these things on too, although for a tank, these arent really useful to practise.
You need to run regular dungeons. And you really do need to know what your skills do and connect the dots. Having MP problems on a DRK is questionable because there are several skills to help you restore MP.

Blood Price restores your MP as you get hit by mobs...so the more mobs you pull, the more mobs hit you, resulting in faster MP regen. Not enough? Carve and Spit recovers MP if not combined with dark arts.
Sole Survivor recovers MP after a mob dies. You basically just put it on a mob thats gonna be killed within the next few seconds. Boom. Thats 20% of your MP/HP restored.
You can always turn Darkside off when you are NOT busy with actual tanking...aka, you turn it off after the mobs/boss are dead and only turn it back on when youre back to pulling.
Not using Darkside actually keeps a fair bunch of skills you could use LOCKED. That includes cooldowns that help mitigate some incoming damage.
You can also carry some MP potions with you to help you out a little.
I'm hardly ever playing DRK, im not really that much into tanking, but its really not as bad. But then again,if you wanna tank, maybe start with a paladin because paladin is the easiest tank class to play, has tons
of defensive cooldowns and you dont need to keep up your MP.

Look, I dont wanna sound harsh but after all the posts I've read from you in the past, all I remember is whining on how bad you are and cant beat a6 and are having trouble anywhere.
That was when you were playing a scholar, I believe. My opinion is: stop lvling in potd...stop it. Its only gonna turn out bad for the kind of player you are.
Next advice is: focus on ONE class you like and try to improve. Read guides if necessary or just really lvl a class completely without potd but start using regular dungeons from the DF.
Read your tooltips carefully. If anyone in your party gives you advice, please listen to it and try to do it, make it work step by step. Lastly, tanks and healers have the biggest responsibility.
Maybe it would help to play a dps class...ofc dps classes have a responsibility too, but its easier to recover if a dps dies than if a tank or healer dies.
Maybe it would be easier to for you to get comfortable that way first.

This game is not hard and I believe everyone who puts
SOME effort and actually WANTS to improve, can do it. But dont expect it to be handed to you on a silver plate either :/
If you dont want to do that, then dont expect any sympathy though. If you do, great, a lot of people,me included, actually appreciate new players willing to improve and
many of us will gladly give you some advice.
