Yoshi P once said that this won't be changing because he prefers players experimenting and discovering what those numbers mean, and thinks that is more fun. I'd love to see how much of the community actually agrees with that.
This is very much a JP philosophy. You see it far more frequently in JRPGs than you ever do WRPGs. It's a silly outlook seeing as people inevitably post it all on reddit.

And if they give rewards for be the best it would cause many partys in PF (or in general) would demand be the best with every role even more.

Also if they add in-game parser then all i can do is stop playing FFXIV completely and never play FFXIV again because i'm not the best player in whole game when i can't even beat was it Alexander - The Cuff of the Son (aka. A6).
You wouldn't be necessarily. If it remains reportable and the GMs actually follow through, all a parse (personal or otherwise) provides is information. It can be an incredibly helpful tool. Right now without knowledge of ACT has no way to tell whether they're doing good or need to work on their rotation.

Unrelated, but do you drop Grit? You should after one or two Power Slashes because Blood Weapon provides a ton of MP. If geared high enough, you can even get away with it on trash pulls. Other then that, start rotating in more single target combos as things die to get mana back for the next pull. Don't touch Power Slash on trash. Even if something gets away from you, any good damage combo will get it back. You can also drop Darkside in between pulls if you need to. Hope some of that helps though.
