I submitted an in game request for replacement due to the fact when I used the rewards one it didn't properly work. It did change the race of my character but did not allow me to customize it. I then tried to use the aesthetician to see if that worked but it didn't. so I replied back to in game request and they said to submit it here in the bug forum. The reply said to post in this forum So I have and was moved to insufficient information. what information is needed? I used the fantasia with my inventory emptied and in the Inn. I logged out and when I logged back in I was only able to edit the race not color skin character build horns scales nothing. So I then attempted to use the aesthetician and that would only allow hair and facial tattoos but not character customization as if I was creating a new character like I thought the font of fantasia was supposed to do.

Read the stickied thread and format your report the way it suggests. They typically just dump any report that doesn't fit the template, to streamline the process on their end.
