Back on April 25th I made a purchase for Emote;Eastern Dance from the mogstation shop. The payment is recorded on my payment history on my account as well.

I got the item and used it on my character and have been enjoying the use of it every day since the purchase.

Upon logging in after the 2day data center move maintenance and after a while of playing when I attempted to use my emote I got a command error. When I looked over my list of emotes, I found that the dance is no longer listed at all in my menu and seems to have been removed from my character completely. All other emotes that I have gained after that one are still there, but that one is still missing. Please help me restore my lost emote.
