    I've given some thought as to how I'll be setting up my hotbar in order to make the keybinds for the base priority rotation of elemental spells flow more naturally and I think this is the order I'll set them:

    1. Thunder || 2. Air || 3. Fire || 4. Stone || 5. Impact || 6. Jolt

    This is basically sorted first by the skills used on the chainspelled gcd and then the skills used on the cast time gcd, followed by left to right proc priority, followed by black then white magic.

    So the basic rotation is:
    (6 - Jolt if needed to gain chainspell effect)
    1/2 - chain Thunder/Air, whichever you have less mana in
    3/4>5>6 - Fire/Stone if procced (whichever you have less mana in if both procced), else Impact if procced, else Jolt
    repeat last two steps until you have enough mana built up to unleash melee combo

    This lets if flow more naturally from left to right rather than using 1.Thunder 2.Fire 3.Air 4.Stone 5.Jolt 6.Impact which pairs each combo of spells together and would require more jumping around the keybinds in order to execute the priority rotation (i.e. 1/3 ---> 2/4>6>5)

    I'm actually in the process of writing a simulator for RDM skill rotations, looking to find the most "efficient" ways to get to 40 mana (with the 2x mana CD) and 80 mana (when 2x mana is off CD) in NodeJS. Will likely set it up for anyone interested to clone/alter using GitHub or something once it is more presentable.

    I assume this will be a difficult thing as all but 3 of the mana builder abilites are based on RNG procs. The most efficient way will of course be to use which ever of the highest mana/cast fillers proc working your way down to the base filler and using whichever insta (white/black) is needed to catch up the balance. RDM is going to a priority based playstyle more so than a cyclic rotation like BLM.

    if Embolden does only increase its own magic damage, but buffs party members physical dps, .. than blm and smn have already lost (least wanted in farm or speed run pfs..), while at least red is wanted..

    Right, I don't really see the point of a simulator for that purpose, to be honest. The most efficient way is obviously whatever gives you most total mana.

    In 2.0, BLM cast Fire 3 > Fire 1 (a bunch) > Blizzard 3 > SOMETIMES Thunder > Repeat. Sometimes there was a Flare. In 3.0 BLM added Fire 4 instead of Fire 1 (until AF was low) and now uses Blizzard 4 after the Blizzard 3. The devil is in the details and adapting to each fight.

    As opposed to smn who spams ruin II/III and fester on cooldown for 3 stacks, hits dreadwyrm > tri disaster > ruin III spam > flare > dot up and repeat?
