Did not receive 1 day to subscription

Hello, I am wondering when the free day will be added to the subscription because of the 48 hour maintenance that was on May 15-17, 2017.

I checked when I logged in on May 15 at around 8PM CDT and it said I had 51 days left. I am looking at the mog station just now (May 18, 2017 1:33pm CDT) and it says:

Remaining Days ： 48 days

By my math, that would be May 15 (51), May 16 (50), May 17 (49), May 18 (48).

Shouldn't it says 49 days remaining today?

I would like to update that as of May 20, I am now at 46 days left. I still did not get my free day.

Update as of May 21, 2017: I have 45 days remaining. I still did not get my free day.

As for going to tech support, last time I was told to post here on the forum. So, this is what I did.

Also, my ticket number is 7086154.

Yeah but Pseudo said to got to Customer Service, not tech support. tech support is for bug solving and malfunctions with the game. When it comes to billing and such, it's gonna have to be through the customer support.

They do not actually "add" a day to your subscription. It's more of an delay of your current subscriptions billing cycle. That means, the mog station account won't display it but the emails you're getting as reminder, should reflect the extra day. Example if your renewal would be June 1st, your account is going to be billed June 2nd, when being on months to month basis. The same will happen to the reoccuring and long term subscribers, example if you sub'd for 3+ months instead of paying month to month. At the end of that cycle you should be charged a day later then regular. It's just like regular bills in life, you always get charged for the month prior, not the actual current or upcoming. Therefore I wouldn't be surprised if we would see that payment delay in June instead of now May, since the relocation was in the middle of may.

Here's what I would suggest, keep an eye on your bank statements and credit card charges for the month of May as well as June (if you pay month to month), if you're paying with crysta or game cards, be pro active and make the necessary arrangements, treating it as you would on a regular billing cycle. If by the end of June you are not seeing a different one time billing date, that's delayed by 1 day, file a ticket and let them know and have them look into that. The forums won't be able to look into any issues with billing, nor will be very helpful finding solutions, besides pointing out the obvious.

Having the billing delayed by 1 day will not fix the problem. If the subscription is not increased by 1 day, then the 1 day that the billing is not performed, I will not be able to log in.

I just checked today and the 1 day was added to the subscription. The way I know is that yesterday, it said I had 42 days left and today it says I have 42 days left.
