3. Make some other way to get guild marks (guild tasks come to mind...) because once you're 50, doing more repetitive locals for a chance at guild marks is not something that anyone wants to do. Locals aren't so bad if your 40~50s that give guild marks are in town, but... well I'm looking at YOU Alchemy (Broken Water + Bluefog).
Exactly, you just pointed out the things about XI items I hated the most. Benefits should be visible and easily manageable.
