    Didn't receive 7 rank Veteran Reward.

    Hello! I paid my sub 14th May and still hadn't received 7 rank Veteran Rewards although I can see 450 days of sub at mog station.

    Have you tried logging out and then back in, or clicking the "request reward delivery" button at the mogmailer?

    Also ensure that you have enough space in your inbox. Delete old reward messages if necessary.
