Im from Rio, using Net 30mbps and Im getting 195-200ms top. Which one are you using?

Vivo Fibra 200mbps in SP. I can go down to 200ms using VPN, but I should not have to pay extra to still get a shitty ping. You can't double weave with 200ms without losing precious global cooldown time.
